You can adjust your package at the start of any billing cycle. If you need something urgently before then, we can usually arrange a bridge solution. Just reach out and we'll figure it out.

What happens if we need more hours than our package includes?

We bill additional hours at $185 per hour for Foundation clients, $165 for Growth, and $145 for Enterprise. But honestly, if you're consistently going over, we should probably talk about moving to the next tier where you'll get better value.

Do you work with businesses outside Port Macquarie?

Most of our work happens remotely anyway, so location rarely matters. We have clients across NSW and a few in other states. The monthly packages work the same regardless of where you're based.

Is there a setup fee for new clients?

No separate setup fee. Your first month includes all the initial assessment and system configuration work. We build that into the regular monthly rate because we'd rather keep pricing straightforward.

What if our business is seasonal?

We can adjust your package seasonally if that makes more sense for your cash flow. Some tourism businesses here in Port Macquarie run Enterprise during summer and drop to Growth in winter. We're flexible about what actually works for your situation.
